Call: Colossians 1:28-29 - as disciple developer- to seek, develop, and learn about my relationship with the Lord and multiply my effectiveness by encouraging, training, and equipping the body of believers, so sharing the gospel is a natural outflow during our journey toward maturity.

Vision: Matthew 28:18-20 based on Matthew 22:37-40 - equipping the church to live balanced in the Spirit: word, prayer, fellowship, and evangelism. To tell and live out the truth in love to build up the kingdom.

Passion: 1 Corinthians 11:1 - accountability to changed lives by maturing in faith: encourage, lead, and, develop others maturity in Christ by faith.

Personal Missions Call: to fulfill 'The Great Commission'. To accept and serve in all situations where I am planted as an equivalent to  full-time ministry whether at home, work, or vacation (1Pt.2:9-10).

Responsibility:  to choose by biblical principles-2 Cor. 10:5. - Personal choice not based on biblical principles and faith lead to failure as do choices based on legalism.
